About this Project:

We built this beautiful custom screened porch addition to seamlessly expand the homeowner’s living space while perfectly matching the existing Lowcountry architecture. The roof was carefully integrated with matching shingles, and we installed four Velux skylights plus a new impact-rated fixed window in the gable to flood the space with natural light.

Inside, the porch features a stunning T&G V-Groove stained wood ceiling, recessed lighting, a ceiling fan, and motorized screens. All exterior finishes — including trim, fascia, soffit, and stucco — were carefully matched to the existing home for a cohesive, high-end look. The result is a bright, spacious, and functional outdoor room built to withstand the coastal climate.
