James Hardie offers 2 different lap siding options. Their lap siding comes in a “cedarmill” finish or a “smooth” finish. While the smooth finish offers a more modern look, the cedarmill finish mimics a more traditional wood siding look. James Hardie cedarmill siding can also help hide imperfections that may appear overtime such as framing imperfections or storm damage while the smooth siding is less forgiving. Both lap siding options are offered in three sizes: 6.25”, 7.25”, and 8.25”. James Hardie lap siding is also offered in either primed or factory painted options, giving you (almost) unlimited color options!
