About this Project:
We completely transformed this Lowcountry home by removing the dated stucco and installing beautiful 8.25" Smooth primed James Hardie lap siding paired with striking Hardie board-and-batten accents. The entire exterior was then painted in a custom color selected by the homeowner, giving the home a fresh, high-end look that perfectly complements its surroundings.
In addition to the new siding, we replaced all front elevation windows with Simonton Stormbreaker Plus windows and every exterior door with Therma-Tru doors, dramatically improving curb appeal, energy efficiency, and functionality. To finish the project, we built a custom screened porch featuring tongue-and-groove ceilings and matching board-and-batten accents — creating a perfect outdoor living space protected from insects while extending the homeowners’ enjoyment of the Lowcountry lifestyle.
