This exterior siding replacement project in coastal South Carolina showcases the beauty and durability of James Hardie ColorPlus® fiber cement siding. We replaced the existing siding with premium HardiePlank® Lap Siding in the elegant Boothbay Blue — a soft, soothing blue-gray tone that brings a fresh, modern yet timeless appeal to Lowcountry homes.

To enhance the outdoor living space, we installed TimberTech Terrain Brown Oak decking with TimberTech Premier Railing in Black and built-in TimberTech deck lighting, creating a beautiful, low-maintenance poolside deck that’s perfect for entertaining day or night.

The centerpiece of the new deck is a built-in fire pit, paired with the warm glow of the integrated TimberTech lighting. This inviting setup transforms the space into a perfect nighttime retreat where family and friends can gather, relax, and enjoy the Lowcountry evenings in comfort and style.
